My name is Charmaine Holland  and  Women and Finance is so important to me. Growing up, I watch my mother, Aunt and Sister struggle living paycheck to paycheck trying to do the best that thy can. From that moment, I told myself that I wasn't gong to be me. I was determine to break that poverty mindset. Which I did by leaving home, and working for the family business that taught me everything about how to manger wealth. I started saving in my twenties, but it wasn't until I was early 30, I become a CFO and was able to saved over $40K in one year, as a single mother with 2 young children..

Fast forward, the recession happen in 2009, I invested in self and started my own Business Firm as an Financial Consultant and Tax Lady,, Where I  helped other business owner to get their business in order, by providing the right accounting  and bookkeeping system they need to begin the journey to become successful.
